ReplyWise is an AI-powered email automation platform designed to help users manage and respond to emails efficiently. You may use the service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account & Authentication

ReplyWise uses secure Google OAuth authentication. We do not store your passwords or email content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Data Privacy

We do not store your personal data or use your emails to train any AI models. All email content is processed temporarily in-memory and is not saved to our servers. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You must not use ReplyWise for spam, phishing, or any harmful or illegal activity.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, damage, or overload our platform.
  • You must not share access to your account with unauthorized users.

5. AI Drafting & Automation

ReplyWise provides AI-generated email drafts and task automation features. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in responses.

6. Subscription & Billing

Our platform offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Professional, and Enterprise). You agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReplyWise and DEVINNOTECH are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any aspect of ReplyWise at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
